1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Legends Deck ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Legends Deck is a baseball card simulation game that allows users to collect virtual baseball cards, build teams, and simulate games. The Service includes a virtual marketplace for trading cards using in-game currency.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Virtual Items and Currency

Virtual cards, coins, and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value. They exist solely within the Service and cannot be exchanged for real currency. We reserve the right to modify, manage, regulate, or eliminate virtual items at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the Service
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account to another person
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service, including but not limited to game mechanics, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Legends Deck or its licensors. MLB player names and statistics are used under fair use for simulation purposes.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your account data will be permanently removed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legends Deck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
